Why is Gold Coast Holiday Tours the preferred transfer provider?

Our clients are not inconvenienced with residential pick ups or drop offs in providing a transfer service targeting directly to tourist accommodation venues only.

How long does it take to get to/from Brisbane/Gold Coast Airport?

You can generally allow 1.5 hours to Brisbane and approx. 40 minutes to Gold Coast Airport. Timings supplied, subject to clients being ready to board at the agreed pick up time inclusive of traffic conditions enroute.

How long does it take to get to/from Brisbane/Gold Coast Airport and the Theme Parks?

You can generally allow 1.5 hours to Brisbane, 40 minutes to Gold Coast Airport and 30-40 minutes to the theme parks. Timings supplied, subject to clients being ready to board at the agreed pick up time inclusive of traffic conditions enroute.

Do we need to book in advance?

Yes, we provide a pre-booked transfer service that requires a minimum 24 hours notice. Should you require a transfer under the 24 hour period, your booking may be refused if there are no available seats for your departure/arrival flight time.

Do we need to book an Attraction Transfer in advance?

Attraction Transfers can be booked on the day up to 30 minutes prior to departure, so call us on 07 55 315 888 or ask your hotel tour desk or concierge to arrange all your transfer requirements.

Do we need to book a Charter in advance?

To ensure we have availability of the particular size coach(es) required, please provide a minimum of 7 days notice (if possible). Attraction transfers up to 2 days prior to departure.

What happens if my flight arrival is delayed?

Should your flight be delayed beyond your control and you are unable to locate your driver, please contact our 24 hour number for assistance Ph: 55 315 888.

Im at one of the major attractions and unable to locate my driver for my return transfer?

To ensure that other passengers on board are not inconvenienced, our drivers are unable to wait for passengers if not ready to board the vehicle at the agreed pick up time. GCHT will not be held accountable for alternative unauthorised transfer costs.

We are unable to locate our driver? What do we do?

Should your flight be delayed beyond your control, luggage taking a little long or there is a customs delay and you are unable to locate your driver, please contact our 24 hour number for assistance Ph: 55 315 888.

Are animals allowed in your buses?

No, some of our clients may have allergies, with the exception of a guide dog.
